The role

Hololabs is seeking a Producer based in Orlando, Florida—an essential epicenter of the theme park attractions industry—to support the delivery of innovative interactive, immersive and experiential projects for our top tier clients. This role serves as an embedded production partner, working closely with client teams through a combination of onsite and remote collaboration while coordinating daily with Hololabs' internal teams.

The ideal candidate is comfortable representing Hololabs in client-facing environments, building trusted relationships, facilitating communication across organizations, and driving successful project execution from concept through delivery. They are comfortable engaging directly with engineers, technical leads, architects, and development teams, facilitating technical discussions, understanding implementation challenges, and helping translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans for both clients and stakeholders. Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, backend systems, cloud services, and modern software development practices is highly valued.

  • Salary: $75,000-90,000 USD
  • Reporting to: VP Operations


Who you are

You are an intermediate-to-senior production professional who operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. You excel at partnering closely with project leadership, department leads, clients, and executive stakeholders to turn creative visions and technical initatives into reality while overseeing your team's ability to successfully deliver.

What you’ll do (key responsibilities)


Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management 

  • Serve as the primary production point of contact between Hololabs and assigned client teams
  • Establish trusted partnerships with client leadership, technical stakeholders and project teams
  • Manage client expectations regarding scope, timelines, deliverables, risks and project priorities

Technical Production Leadership 

  • Provide end-to-end production oversight and leadership throughout a project’s lifecycle; owning production documentation, reporting, project communications and delivery processes 
  • Translate technical concepts, risks, and development constraints into actionable project plans and stakeholder-friendly communication
  • Be comfortable to facilitate and lead deep technical discussions related to bleeding edge systems
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve blockers, risks, dependencies and resource conflicts

Team Communication & Culture

  • Lead standups, sprint planning sessions, build reviews, retrospectives and client meetings
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Drive continuous improvement of production workflows, tools, methodologies and operational systems


What you bring

  • Ability to work onsite with clients in the Orlando area as project needs require
  • 5+ years of experience in game development, interactive media, software production, technical production, experiential production, project management or related production roles
  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication
  • Proven experience working directly with clients, partners, or external stakeholders in a project leadership capacity
  • Strong working knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, and real-time 3D development workflows
  • Working understanding of software architecture, backend systems, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, CI/CV processes and modern development practices
  • Ability to understand technical risks, dependencies, implementation challenges, and platform constraints and incorporate them into project planning and execution
  • Comfortable leading technical meetings, sprint planning sessions, architecture reviews, backlog refinement and cross-functional discussions involving engineering stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of development pipelines, team operations, production methodologies, and project lifecycle management
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities and confidence to potentially lead small to medium Hololabs development teams located in Orlando, Florida.
